The Ogun State Institute of Technology, Igbesa, has announced that Governor Dapo Abiodun will attend its 6th combined convocation ceremony as the special guest of honour. The ceremony is scheduled for Wednesday, February 26, 2025.
This year's event marks a significant milestone in the institution's history, following the last convocation ceremony held in 2022 for the 5th convocation. According to a statement from the institution's Acting Registrar, Mrs. Sakirat Olajumoke Johnson, the ceremony will take place at the Prince Dapo Abiodun Twin Lecture Theatre Hall.
The event will celebrate the graduation of students from the 2022, 2023, and 2024 sets. Graduands are expected to be seated by 10:00 am, with the ceremony commencing at 11:00 am.
