DR. OLUSEYE INDUCTED AS FELLOW OF CHARTERED INSTITUTE, PLEDGES TO ELEVATE OGITECH STANDARDS

Dr. Abiodun Babatunde Oluseye, the Rector of Ogun State Institute of Technology (OGITECH), has been inducted as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Local Government and Public Administration of Nigeria. 

The induction ceremony took place on Monday, February 10, 2025, at OGITECH and was attended by dignitaries, including Dr. Mukail Akinde, the Rector of Federal Polytechnic, Ilaro.

Dr. Oluseye's induction is a testament to his exceptional administrative skills, which have been evident since he assumed office as OGITECH Rector. He has facilitated several developmental projects, earning recognition as an administrator par excellence.

In his acceptance speech, Dr. Oluseye pledged to contribute to the development of the Institute and encouraged students in the Public Administration Department to join the professional body. He emphasized that OGITECH graduates will need to obtain both Higher National Diploma (HND) certificates and professional certifications to equip them for future challenges.

The induction ceremony was conducted by Dr. Uche Okereke, the registrar of the Institute, representing the Chairman, alongside Dr. Oluwasegun Olabintan, Director of Research and Development. Other dignitaries in attendance included OGITECH's Deputy Rector, Dr. Oluyemi Odutola FCA, Acting Registrar Mrs. Sakirat Olajumoke Johnson, and other principal officers, Deans, and representatives from various departments.

This induction reinforces Dr. Oluseye's commitment to excellence in public administration and education, aligning with the Institute's goals.
