Popular Nigerian social media influencer Peller has revealed that he earns an average of ₦20 million on TikTok. In a recent interview on Rubbin Minds, hosted by Ebuka, Peller provided insights into how he profits from his TikTok live sessions and discussed his strategic shift aimed at maximizing his earnings.
When asked about his TikTok revenue, Peller addressed the speculation that he makes as much as ₦200 million, clarifying, "Some people say it's ₦200 million, but let me not lie, it's not." He explained that his live sessions are his primary source of income on TikTok, stating, "I don't go on TikTok to make money. I used to be money-focused before, but I started to use a different strategy with how I talk. I started to make more money while talking like this than I used to when I talked normally."
The social media personality expressed his surprise after earning $10,000 in one live session, highlighting a significant increase compared to his previous earnings.
I could have a live session and talk for a while, and at the end of it, I could earn $3,000 for just 30 minutes. I don't do live sessions every day because I believe it's important not to overexpose myself to my audience. I typically go live three times a week. There was one occasion when I made $10,000 from a single live session, which really took me by surprise.
Previously, I would see earnings of $7,000 or $8,000, so when I reached $10,000, it was quite astonishing. While TikTok does take a percentage of the earnings, I still manage to make an average of ₦20 million in a week.
